End Of Arm Tooling
Our Cad design team can take your 3d part models and develop EOAT to suit. Using the latest Solidworks software we import your 3d cad model and build fixtures and EOAT components to suit. We also design the sprue grippers and any other grip or extraction pieces required to safely remove your parts from the tool.
We use fast change tooling connectors fitted to our Hilectro robot heads to make changing EOAT tooling a simple procedure with the minimum amount of set up time. This coupled with quick air connectors means fast, accurate repeatable tooling changes.
EOAT tooling, fixtures, 3d printed nests are all designed in house.
