Premier Moulding Machinery (PMM) is the official UK Sales and Service Partner for Hilectro robots, Haitian and Zhafir Moulding Machines. Formed in 2005, PMM has installed over 500 moulding machines in the UK and Ireland.
The machinery portfolio covers Hilectro 3 and 5 axis robots, Haitian Plastics Machinery servo-hydraulic machines and Zhafir electric machines for high-tech production of precision plastic parts.
PMM are supported by the Haitian International Technology Centre in Germany, giving us access to over 150 stock machines with an extensive range of spare parts.
All new machines and robots carry a 3 year warranty and service package from installation.
Based in Quainton, Buckinghamshire, the PMM team provide national sales, engineering and service support. In our techincal training center just outside of Aylesbury we have a Hilectro robot cell setup just for training purposes. A V800 robot is mounted on a moulding machine simulator which enables us to train new and existing users on moving and programing Hilectro robots. We have an end of arm facility for design and building of simple and complex end of arm tooling.
